Prof. Sagnik Dey has been honored with the prestigious 2024 Devendra Lal Memorial Medal, awarded by the American Geophysical Union. This medal is presented annually to an early- or mid-career scientist in recognition of outstanding research in Earth and/or space sciences, specifically to a scientist from and working in a developing country. Recipients may come from any discipline within Earth and space sciences.
