Description

My research focuses on understanding rainfall systematics across Northern India using stable isotopes of water vapor and precipitation. By integrating modern isotope observations with atmospheric diagnostics, I investigate moisture sources, transport pathways, and precipitation processes. Additionally, I do multiproxy paleoclimate reconstructions using lake sediment archives from Ladakh to decipher past hydroclimatic variability and its underlying controls.
