My research broadly focuses on lightning activity and its variability under different atmospheric and climatic conditions. It aims to understand how lightning is influenced by thermodynamical, dynamical, and microphysical factors. It also examines how these relationships vary across regions and timescales. The study uses both observations and climate models to explore these changes.
